Fill out and submit this form in order to apply for registration refund. Note that fundraising fees associated with raffle tickets are not refundable.
  1. A parent or guardian must complete this "Request for Refund" form and submit before the deadline. Upon acceptance of the request by the Dorchester Minor Baseball Association Executive Committee, please allow a 2-4 week processing period.

    League fee reimbursement for requests submitted before the first scheduled season game is 100%. 50% will be reimbursed after the first season game until May 31.

    There will be no refunds after June 1 of the current playing season. No refund will be issued until any equipment, uniforms or property of Dorchester Minor Baseball Association has been returned in full and intact.

    Note that fundraising fees associated with raffle tickets are not refundable.
