Simcoe Tournament Our Best Yet!
Our first A tournament of the year, and the Diamondbacks were outstanding!


A Friday night masterpiece, including almost a double slushie inning, resulted in a 16-6 win over Bloordale.
Mullis scored the game-tying run, and with two out, the D-Backs rallied for 10 more.

Saturday morning saw the Diamondbacks meet a very strong St. Catharines team.
An unforunately-timed early lead-off negated a Dorchester double play, allowing the Cobras to score their only two runs of the game, on their way to a 2-1 victory in 6 innings.

All pitchers were strong all weekend.

The third game against Clarington Tier 1, and the remainder of the tournament were rained out.

The next tournament is league playoffs in London August 24th weekend!
