We have scheduled two nights for uniform sizing this year in the south lobby of the arena. “Above and Beyond Promotions” will be supplying uniforms again this year and will be there to size all players.
At the start of the season ball players will receive a Diamondbacks dri-fit shirt, baseball pants and a fitted hat; this was paid for with your registration. We will size every player over two nights (listed below) to ensure all items fit. Orders will be placed after the fitting nights and uniforms will be delivered to your coach before the season starts. Note: Players do not receive their uniforms to take home on the fitting night, this is only for sizing purposes.
Sizing Nights and Times:
Monday, March 25/19
· 6:00-7:00 Mosquito aged players (DOB- 2008 & 2009)
· 7:00-8:00 Pee Wee aged players (DOB- 2006 & 2007)
Thursday, March 28/19
· 6:00-7:00 Rookie & Rookie Transition – (DOB- 2010- 2012) Rookie players will be sized for ball pants only. (Tim Horton supplies shirts and hats to these younger players at the start of the season.)
· 7:00-8:00 Bantam & Midget aged players (DOB- 2001- 2005)
After the second March 28 fitting date, players who still have not been sized will have to make alternate arrangements to visit Above and Beyond Promotions in London to have this done.
Rookie Development Players (DOB: 2013- 2015) will be supplied with shirts/hats from Tim Hortons and do NOT need to attend either fitting night listed above.
Bond Cheques/Raffle Tickets:
We will be collecting good faith bond cheques from each player that night. Please bring a $300.00 cheque dated for September 1st, 2019 made out to Dorchester Minor Baseball Association.
If you do not provide a bond cheque when your child comes for his/her sizing, he/she WILL NOT be sized until a cheque is submitted. So please do not forget to bring your cheque.
There will also be an opportunity that night to sign up for volunteer positions to work off your faith bond throughout the season.
Raffle tickets will be given out at the same time as the bond cheques are collected.
