We
have scheduled two uniform sizing nights in the south lobby of the arena for
your baseball player(s), please see below. DMBA uniforms will be supplied by
Above and Beyond Promotions and they will be present to assist with the sizing
night.
PLEASE
make every effort to attend, as your ball player is fitted for his/her ball
pants, jersey and hat.
Sizing nights and times:
Tuesday, March 24, 2020
- 6:00-7:00pm Mosquito players (DOB: 2009 & 2010)
- 7:00-8:00pm Pee Wee players (DOB: 2007 & 2008)
Monday, March 30, 2020
- 6:00-7:00pm Rookie & Rookie Transition players (DOB: 2011, 2012, 2013)
- 7:00-8:00pm Bantam and Midget players (DOB: 2002- 2006)
Players who are not able to attend one of the sizing nights above will have to make arrangements to go to Above and Beyond Promotions in London to be sized at your own convenience.
Bond Cheques:
Important!
Parents please bring your bond cheque ($300.00/ per player) that same night or your player cannot be sized for a uniform. Bond cheques should be made out to: Dorchester Minor Baseball.
We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Raffle Tickets:
You will receive your raffle tickets that night too, which were already paid for at registration. You sell the tickets and keep the money. The raffle draw is July 1, 2020.
Rookie Development (2014-2016) Although your players are not being sized this year, please attend either night to provide your bond cheque and pick up the raffle tickets. (Tim Hortons jerseys and hats have been ordered and will be provide to these players at the start of their season.)
