2020 Season Cancelled
Dorchester Minor Baseball Association Executive have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 season.
Most other associations which our teams play in leagues against, both rep level and house league, have already cancelled. Also, while Baseball Ontario announced today their suspension of on-field activities will end on June 15, to get back on the field many changes would be required to the normal baseball experience. Those interested can find the "Return to Baseball Protocol" on Baseball Ontario's website. While DMBA Executive does not dispute in any way the requirements from the standpoint of keeping everyone safe, the associated monetary cost and significant additional compliance demands on coaches & the association contribute to the decision.
