DMBA will be once again having in person uniform sizing. Although you may have
picked uniform sizing on your registration we would like all players to come to
one of our uniform fitting nights for sizing confirmation, as well as to drop
off bond cheques.
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW
We have scheduled two
nights for uniform sizing this year in the SOUTH LOBBY of the arena (Main
Entrance).
At
the start of the season ball players will receive a Diamondbacks dri-fit
shirt, baseball pants and a fitted hat; this was paid for with your
registration. We will size every player over the two nights (listed below) to
ensure all items fit. Orders
will be placed after the fitting nights and uniforms will be delivered to your
coach before the season starts. Note: Players do not receive their uniforms to
take home on the fitting night, this is only for sizing purposes.
Belts will be available for purchase of $10.00 (CASH ONLY)
on these nights.
Helmet stickers will be available for purchase of $2.00 (CASH ONLY)
on these nights
The first night will be for Rep/Select players, the second
night will be for house league players.
Sizing Nights and Times 7U-18U:
Tuesday
March 19, 2024 - REP/SELECT PLAYERS AND THOSE
IN TRYOUTS PLEASE ATTEND THIS NIGHT
· 6:00-7:00 11U and below (DOB 2013 - 2016)
· 7:00-8:00 13U and above (DOB 2006 - 2012)
If
you can't make it in the allotted time for your age you can come at the other
time, just want to keep things organized without too many people all at once,
try to attend in the preferred time based on age.
Tuesday
March 26, 2024 HOUSE LEAGUE PLAYERS
· 6:00-7:00 11U and below (DOB 2013 - 2017)
· 7:00-8:00 13U and above (DOB 2006 - 2012)
If
you can't make it in the allotted time for your age you can come at the other
time, just want to keep things organized without too many people all at once,
try to attend in the preferred time based on age.
After
the second March 26 fitting date, players who still have not been sized will
have to make alternate arrangements with Jacob Van Den Broek (uniform
coordinator - email Jacob here) for uniform sizing.
6U Players (2020-2018) will be supplied with shirts/hats from Tim
Horton's and can attend either fitting night to submit bond cheque, no
uniform fitting for this age group.
Bond Cheques/Raffle Tickets:
We
will be collecting good faith bond cheques from each family on uniform fitting
nights.
Please
bring a $300.00 cheque dated for September 1st, 2024 made out to Dorchester
Minor Baseball Association.
Alternative option: E-transfer $300.00 to Dorchester baseball ([email protected])
and when your bond is complete you will receive a $300.00 cheque back from
DMBA.
If
you do not provide a bond cheque when your child comes for his/her sizing,
he/she WILL NOT be sized until a cheque is submitted. Please do not forget to bring your cheque.
There
will also be an opportunity that night to sign up for volunteer positions to
work off your faith bond throughout the season.
Raffle
tickets will be given out at a later date this year.
