2021 Refund Policy and Procedure (Dorchester Baseball)

Print 2021 Refund Policy and Procedure
  1. A parent or guardian must complete this "Request for Refund" form and submit before the deadline. Upon receipt of the request, please allow a 2-4 week processing period.

    Registration fee reimbursement for requests submitted before May 15, 2021 is 100%. 50% will be reimbursed after May 16, 2021 until June 1, 2021. 

    RAFFLE TICKET FEES ($50) will only be refunded before tickets have been distributed.  Once tickets have been distributed, there will be no refunds.  


    Tryout/Indoor Workout Fees will only be refunded if no tryouts/indoor workouts have taken place.  

    There will be no refunds after June 1, 2021. No refund will be issued until any equipment, uniforms or property of Dorchester Minor Baseball Association has been returned in full and intact.

    A $25 administration fee is applicable to all refund requests after March 31, 2021.
