Refund Policy and Procedure
This form must be completed to request a refund for the 2025 season.  Upon submission of the request, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

Registration fees will be refunded at 100% less a $50 administrative fee if the request is submitted before April 30, 2025
Registration fees will be refunded at 50% less a $50 administrative fee if the request is submitted before June 30, 2025

Tryout fees are non-refundable if the registrant has participated in any tryout session. 
Raffle ticket fees are non-refundable after the tickets have been distributed. 

There will be no refunds after June 30, 2025.

All refunds will be issued by cheque and mailed to the original payee.

No refund will be issued until any equipment, uniforms or property of Dorchester Minor Baseball Association has been returned in full and intact.

LATE FEES ($75) are NON-REFUNDABLE
