Refund Policy and Procedure (Dorchester Baseball)

Refund Policy and Procedure
This form must be completed to request a refund for the 2026 season.  Upon submission of the request, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

  • Refunds for registration fees requested prior to April 30, 2026 will be refunded in full (100%).

  • Refunds for registration fees requested between May 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026 will be refunded at 50%.

  • Refunds for registration fees requested after June 30, 2026 will not be accepted.

     

  • Tryout fees are non-refundable if the registrant has participated in any tryout session.

  • Raffle tickets are non-refundable.

  • Late fees are non-refundable.

  • All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee.

  • Refunds will be issued through the registration platform.

  • No refund will be issued until any equipment, uniforms, or property of Dorchester Minor Baseball Association has been returned in full and intact.
