This form must be completed to request a refund for the 2026 season. Upon submission of the request, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

Refunds for registration fees requested prior to April 30, 2026 will be refunded in full (100%).

Refunds for registration fees requested between May 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026 will be refunded at 50%.

Refunds for registration fees requested after June 30, 2026 will not be accepted.

Tryout fees are non-refundable if the registrant has participated in any tryout session.

Raffle tickets are non-refundable.

All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee.

Refunds will be issued through the registration platform.

No refund will be issued until any equipment, uniforms, or property of Dorchester Minor Baseball Association has been returned in full and intact.
