Use this form to unsubscribe up to three email addresses from DMBA's master list of emails, used for mass communications to the membership. This is not an automated process - this form will notify the DMBA website administrator who will manually remove the email(s). Each address entered will receive one last email from DMBA - confirmation that this form response has been saved by the system.
This form also doesn't trigger any action on the part of DMBA coaches. If you withdraw after being assigned to a team, you will need to request the team's coach/manager directly to remove you from their personal email lists.
