Dorchester Minor Baseball is asking our membership for feedback on our coaches from the 2024 season. Feedback and communication are critical components for coaches. These surveys are used as a tool to help our coaches in any areas that they may need to improve to achieve success, and also lets them know where they are doing a good job.
The feedback does not go directly to your coach. The DMBA Executive will discuss a summary of the feedback that your team provides. The surveys are anonymous.
