Coaches and other volunteers with Dorchester Minor Baseball are required to complete the following:
1) A current OPP Vulnerable Sector Check (completed in 2024, 2023 or 2022) for those who live in an OPP jurisdiction (i.e. Middlesex County).
a) To obtain an OPP Vulnerable Sector Check complete the following online request:

You will be required to provide a letter from DMBA which you can download:
DMBA_Vulnerable_Sector_Screening_Check_Letter
2) Complete the DMBA Screening Disclosure Form and Privacy Statement. This must be completed each season.
PLEASE NOTE: These requirements are in addition to any age-level required coaching certifications for Rep and Select Coaches.
