2020 Season - Refund Procedure
You may have seen the recent announcement that the Dorchester Minor Baseball
Association has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 season. If
you have not seen the announcement, you can view it on the DMBA website here: https://dorchesterbaseball.com/Articles/3350/2020_Season_Cancelled/
All paid registered players will receive a full refund (by cheque). We ask that each family complete the refund request form. This will allow us to confirm who the cheque should be written to, and where it should be mailed. Please complete one form per registered player.
