ready! We are actively planning for our 2021 season. After meeting with Baseball Ontario, we are optimistic
that game play will begin in Stage 2 of the province’s re-opening plan. We are working with the LDBA and neighbouring
associations to prepare in anticipation of game play for Rep, Select and House

REVISED General Information 2021 (Dorchester Baseball)We have decided to cancel our raffle for this season. Everyone will receive a refund for any raffle ticket fees received.
Due to challenges in offering our indoor tryouts as planned during March/April, all collected tryout fees will be refunded.
Bonds will not be required for the 2021 season; however, we will still be counting on many volunteers to help make this season a success.
Uniforms will be provided, as planned, for all players, and will be distributed by team coaches.
Rep Teams – Tryouts, workouts and organizations activities will begin next week. Communications will be sent by Rep Team Coaches and posted on team websites.
Select Teams – Tryouts, work outs and organizational activities will begin over the next two weeks. Communications will be sent by Select Team Coaches and posted on team websites.
House League Programs – Although details are still being determined, we will be offering weekly skills development. Activities will begin over the next 2-3 weeks and continue through August. Information will be sent out and posted on the DMBA website.
Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our 6U division for the coming season and look forward to welcoming our youngest players back in 2022 (full refunds will be mailed to parents).
We are still in need of several house league coaches and would invite those interested to reach out to DMBA President, Eric Kirkpatrick ([email protected]). Coaches are needed for house league teams at the 9U, 11U, and 13U (2 teams) divisions.
