Major Mosquito Rep, 2017 (Dorchester Baseball)

Congrats to one of our own, Tery Kummer who represent the Major Mosquito Diamondbacks on the 2017 LDBA All Star Team in a tournament this coming weekend.

Over this past Labour Day Weekend our Major Mosquito Diamondbacks travelled to Essex to face stiff competition at the OBA "C" Championships and our boys did not disappoint as they made us proud.

The Diamondbacks battle a tough playoff schedule as well as opponents. 

With one game to play and needing one win to clinch 2nd place in the league standings the Dbacks turned to "lefty" Justin Barnes in this one and he set the tone.

The Diamondbacks had their own destiny in their hands as they had to win back to back games on the last two days of the season to jump ahead of the Ingersoll Ironbirds for 2nd in the League standings.
